We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Proposal Executive to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing proposals, ensuring that all submissions are well-prepared, accurate, and aligned with client requirements. This position requires a robust understanding of costing and budgeting, as well as excellent customer communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders throughout the proposal process.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end proposal process, including the preparation, submission, and follow-up of proposals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and resources for proposal development.
Develop and maintain proposal templates and documentation to streamline the proposal process.
Conduct thorough reviews of proposals to ensure compliance with client specifications and organizational standards.




Engage with customers to clarify requirements and address any questions or concerns regarding proposals.
Monitor and analyze proposal outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

Required Skills:
Robust experience in proposal management, with a focus on costing and budgeting.
Excellent customer communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with RFQ management processes.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
