Key Responsibilities:
Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with SEBI and RBI regulations.
Perform statutory and external audits, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
Stay updated on changes in compliance regulations and implement necessary adjustments in auditing processes.
Provide recommendations for improving compliance and audit processes.
Required Skills:
