We are seeking an enthusiastic International Voice Process Associate to join our agile team in Karnataka. This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills and are eager to work in a rapid-paced workplace. As an International Voice Process Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional service to our clients in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers through voice communication, addressing their queries and providing solutions in a timely manner.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.




Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions.

This position offers a 5-day work week with 2 days off on a rotational basis, and you will be required to work in rotational shifts. We provide a 2-way cab facility for your convenience.
