We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Plant Operations to oversee our manufacturing facility in Dadar and Nagar Haveli, Daman-Diu, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in plant and factory management, with a proven track record of optimizing operations and leading teams to achieve production goals.

As the Head of Plant Operations, you will be responsible for the overall management of the plant, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will lead a team of supervisors and operators, providing guidance and support to ensure that all safety, quality, and production standards are met. Your role will involve developing and implementing operational strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.

Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing daily operations of the plant and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.




Managing production schedules and coordinating with other departments to meet customer demands.

Monitoring key performance indicators and preparing reports for senior management.
Developing and managing budgets for the plant operations.
