Solid fundamentals in sandwich panel manufacturing processes, refrigeration/HVAC principles, and cleanroom engineering.
Project management discipline (PMP/Prince2 a plus); comfortable owning OTIF and project margin on simultaneous mid-to-large projects.
Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM exposure.
Vendor management and value engineering instincts; ability to indigenise without diluting standards.
