We are seeking a motivated Casa Sales Officer to join our team at Indian Bank. The primary responsibility of this role is to acquire new Savings Accounts and Current Accounts (CASA) while promoting and selling Fixed Deposits (FDs) and Recurring Deposits (RDs). The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating both retail and bulk deposits, as well as cross-selling various banking products such as Debit Cards, Insurance, Mutual Funds, and FASTag, as applicable. This position requires visiting customers, businesses, and corporate clients to achieve monthly sales targets and build robust customer relationships to enhance the bank's deposit portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:
Acquiring recent CASA accounts and opening Salary Accounts for companies and employees.
Promoting and selling Fixed Deposits and Recurring Deposits.




Generating retail and bulk deposits.
Cross-selling banking products as applicable.
Visiting customers and corporate clients to meet sales targets.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The successful candidate will possess good communication and interpersonal skills, along with solid sales and negotiation abilities.
