Role Overview

We are looking for a high-ownership Strategy & PMO Lead to drive strategic initiatives, solve cross-functional challenges, and ensure execution of key business priorities. This is a hands-on execution role focused on delivering outcomes, not just tracking or reporting progress.

Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives across growth, cost optimisation, and operations.
Translate business goals into actionable milestones, timelines, and explicit ownership.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks across business,



credit, risk, operations, and technology.
Partner with senior leadership to drive strategic decisions and organisation-wide priorities.
Lead special projects and ensure timely delivery of measurable outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
3–6 years of overall experience, including at least 3–4 years in an NBFC, bank, or financial institution (mandatory).
Experience in strategy, PMO, business operations, transformation, or a Chief of Staff role.
Solid problem-solving, analytical, and structured thinking skills.
High ownership, urgency, and a bias for execution.
Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
