The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing the end-to-end record to report process, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of finance professionals, guiding them in their daily tasks, and ensuring that all financial records are maintained in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the RTR team, providing guidance and support to team members.
Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Manage the reconciliation of general ledger accounts, ensuring discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the RTR function.




Conduct regular training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in record to report processes.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet departmental goals.

Strong knowledge of record to report processes, including RTR, R2R, general ledger, and reconciliation.
