The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in a rapid-paced environment. As a BPO Executive, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries and providing accurate information.
Assist customers with their requests and ensure a high level of service is maintained.
Document customer interactions and maintain records of customer feedback.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.




Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols.

Required Skills:
