We are seeking an experienced Accounts Head to lead our accounting department and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting practices, tax regulations, and compliance, particularly in GST and TDS. As the Accounts Head, you will oversee the preparation of financial statements, manage tax filings including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Manage the company's tax obligations, including timely filing of GST returns and TDS payments.
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.




Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information to senior management.

Required Skills:
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is essential.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and related tax regulations.
Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
Experience with GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filing processes.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
