Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to clients to remind them of outstanding payments and collect dues.
Maintain accurate records of calls and payments received.
Address client inquiries and provide solutions to payment-related issues.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
Follow up on payment commitments and negotiate payment plans when necessary.




Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client relationships and ensure satisfaction.

Required Skills:
Solid communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
Familiarity with BPO processes and telecalling techniques.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
