Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level support for desktop hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting and resolving problems related to operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
Assist users with setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktop systems, ensuring they have the necessary tools to perform their tasks effectively.
Respond to support requests via phone, email, or in-person, documenting all interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate complex issues and contribute to the overall improvement of IT services.




Conduct regular maintenance checks and updates on desktop systems to ensure security and performance standards are met.
Provide training and guidance to users on best practices for using desktop applications and systems.
