We are looking for a Service Coordinator to manage communication and coordination between

customers, technicians, and team. The candidate will be responsible for handling service requests,

scheduling technician visits, following up on pending jobs, addressing customer queries, and

ensuring timely completion of service activities.

Key Responsibilities

 Coordinate with technicians and assign service jobs based on customer requirements.

 Schedule and coordinate technician visits and customer appointments.

 Handle incoming customer calls and service-related queries.

 Register customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned technician/team for

resolution.

 Follow up with technicians regarding pending and ongoing service jobs.

 Keep customers informed about technician visits, job status, and servi ce progress.

 Coordinate with customers to confirm appointments and service requirements.

 Take customer feedback after completion of service work.

 Maintain accurate service records, customer details, complaint records, and follow-up

information.

 Monitor pending service requests and ensure timely closure.





 Coordinate effectively between customers, technicians, and management.

 Escalate unresolved customer issues to the appropriate team or management.

 Perform other service coordination and administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills

 Excellent verbal communication skills.

 Polite, professional, and customer-friendly telephone manner.

 Good coordination and follow-up skills.

 Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and email.

 Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

 Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.

 Ability to manage multiple service requests and follow-ups.

 Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

 Ability to work effectively with technicians, customers, and internal teams.

 Freshers with valuable communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

 Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in service coordination, customer support,

telecalling, or a similar role will be preferred.
