Position: Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound telecommunication sales calls and online live chats.

Assist customers with service inquiries, plan upgrades, and subscription packages.

Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas through consultative selling and upselling.

Resolve customer complaints professionally across phone, email, and chat channels.

Education: Graduate / Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Required).

Skills: Excellent written and spoken communication, basic computer and basic stock market knowledge
