Lead Conversion & Sales Performance

● Conversion - convert inbound and outbound inquiries into successful admissions and enrolments.

● Target Achievement - execute effective sales and conversion strategies to consistently hit monthly targets.

● Relationship-Led Selling - maintain strong, trust-based communication with prospective students

throughout the funnel.

Student & Parent Relationship Management

● Trust Building - build long-term, trusted relationships with students and parents as their dedicated advisor.

● Satisfaction - ensure high satisfaction and professional communication at every touchpoint.

Business Coordination & Growth

● Cross-team Feedback - coordinate with Marketing on lead quality, campaign performance, and student





engagement.

● Insights - share regular feedback and market insights with management to support business growth.

Required Skills

● Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.

● Strong telecalling, follow-up, sales, negotiation, and objection-handling ability.

● Ability to build and maintain trust with students, parents, and partners.

● CRM proficiency and accurate record-keeping; working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PDF tools.

● Strong organisation, time management, and multitasking under a target-driven setting.
