We are hiring an experienced US IT Recruiter with strong knowledge of US staffing, technical hiring, and end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment for technical positions.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.

Screen resumes and assess candidates against job requirements.

Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and offer negotiations.

Work on W2, C2C, and W2 contract hiring requirements.

Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.

Coordinate with account managers and clients to meet hiring targets.

Requirements

4-7 years of hands-on US IT recruitment experience.

Knowledge of US staffing models, work authorization, and hiring practices.

Experience recruiting for Java, .NET, Cloud,



Data, and other IT roles.

Robust sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.

Experience with ATS and US job portals preferred.
