Developing Global Vision
Developing Global growth framework
Developing short term and long term strategy
Monitoring evolution of the industry, competitive landscape, current age technology developments etc.
Working closely with the business leaders and building the global business plans
Solving complex and ambiguous problems
Working closely with functional, regional and HQ management teams on strategic projects, bringing timely and practical insight and analytical support
Defining and owning deliverables leading the success of business
Establish relationships and interface with cross-functional/business unit teams to achieve goals and desired outcomes

Post Graduate from Premier Institution
10+ years of experience
Experience in Technology / Consulting Industry




Outstanding critical thinking skills are critical to this role, including the ability to identify and define problems, collect data, establish facts, demonstrate a 'nose for value' to discern what is important and draw valid conclusions
Solid quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required. Outstanding strategic and analytical skills, with proven experience in building models, distilling insights and creating recommendations to address complex problems
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, both written and verbal, with exceptional presentation skills and high emotional intelligence is critical.
