The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS systems and integration, with a focus on implementation processes. This role is critical in ensuring that our HRIS solutions are effectively integrated and meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of HRIS systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective HRIS solutions.
Manage the integration of HRIS with existing systems, ensuring data accuracy and seamless functionality.
Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on new systems and processes.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of HRIS systems,

Required Skills:
Proven experience with HRIS systems and HRIS integration processes.
