Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of current employees.
Administer payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.
Maintain employee attendance records and manage leave requests.
Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns and facilitating communication between staff and management.




Oversee HRIS (Human Resource Information System) to maintain accurate employee records and data.
Handle exit formalities, including conducting exit interviews and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
