Hiring: Credentialing Executives – US Healthcare RCM
ACE FIDENTIAL HEALTHTECH SERVICES is a US Healthcare RCM company based in Dwarka Sector 13, New Delhi, looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Credentialing Executive to join our growing team.

Position: Credentialing Executive

Industry: US Healthcare / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Experience: 1+ year of relevant US Healthcare Credentialing experience
Job Type: Full-time | In office
Location: Dwarka Sector 13, New Delhi

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes.
Complete and maintain provider applications with insurance companies and healthcare payers.
Handle CAQH profile creation, maintenance, and re-attestation.
Verify provider licenses, DEA, NPI, malpractice insurance, certifications, and other required documents.
Follow up with insurance companies and payers regarding credentialing status and applications.
Maintain accurate and updated credentialing records and documentation.
Track expirations, renewals, and re-credentialing deadlines.
Resolve credentialing-related discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.
Coordinate with internal teams and healthcare providers as required.
Ensure compliance with payer and company requirements.

Requirements





Minimum 1 year of experience in US Healthcare Credentialing*.
Valuable understanding of US Healthcare RCM and payer processes.
Knowledge of CAQH, NPI, Medicare/Medicaid and commercial payers* will be preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple providers/tasks and meet deadlines.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
Candidates residing near Dwarka Sector 13, New Delhi* will be preferred.
Candidate should be comfortable working in morning and night shifts*, as per business requirements.
