Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end mortgage loan process, from application to approval.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate loan products, including home loans, loans against property, and other mortgage solutions.
Ensure all loan documentation is complete and accurate, and adhere to company policies and regulatory standards.




Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for attracting recent clients and expanding market reach.
Provide training and support to junior staff members as needed.
