We are seeking an Application Support Engineer to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our applications, ensuring optimal performance and availability. This role involves working closely with production systems and requires a robust understanding of various application servers and web technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide L1 support for application issues, troubleshooting and resolving incidents in a timely manner.
Monitor application performance and availability, ensuring that all systems are running smoothly.
Collaborate with development teams to implement application updates and enhancements.
Assist in the deployment of applications on servers such as WebLogic, WebSphere, Apache, and Tomcat.
Document support processes and maintain knowledge base articles for common issues and resolutions.




Participate in on-call support rotation as needed to address critical production issues.

Required Skills:
Robust experience in application support and production support environments.
Proficiency with application servers including WebLogic, WebSphere, Apache, and Tomcat.
Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and tools for application performance issues.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Solid communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
