We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Store In-Charge to oversee the management of our inventory and store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all stock is accurately recorded, managed, and reconciled in accordance with FIFO (First In, First Out) principles. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency of our supply chain and ensuring that our manufacturing processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily store operations, ensuring that all inventory is accounted for and organized.
Implement FIFO practices to minimize waste and ensure product freshness.
Conduct regular stock reconciliations to ensure accuracy in inventory records.
Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and ensure that all incoming stock is properly documented and stored.
Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure that inventory levels meet production needs.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment,



adhering to safety and compliance standards.
Train and supervise store staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Required Skills:
Strong understanding of inventory management and stock control processes.
Familiarity with FIFO and GRN procedures.
Experience in the auto components or manufacturing industry is preferred.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
