The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in promoting and selling banking and insurance products, including current accounts, savings accounts, loans, and life insurance. This position requires a strong understanding of the BFSI sector and the ability to effectively communicate the advantages of our offerings to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored banking and insurance solutions.
Promote and sell a range of banking products, including CASA, loans, and credit cards, as well as insurance products through bancassurance channels.
Conduct market research to identify recent business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Collaborate with the banking and insurance teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.




Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of BFSI products and services, particularly in banking and insurance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.

Proven sales skills with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
Familiarity with the Goa market and its customer base is a plus.
