Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to Microsoft 365 and Windows.
Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues, ensuring seamless connectivity for users.
Document and track support requests using our ticketing system, ensuring all interactions are logged accurately.
Collaborate with other technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.




Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in technical support to provide the best service possible.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and services.
Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems.
Experience with networking concepts and troubleshooting.
