We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in the Mumbai region of Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices, particularly in relation to Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS). Proficiency in Tally software is essential for this role, as it will be used for managing financial records and transactions.

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You will also assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, providing insights into the financial health of the organization. Your role will involve collaborating with other departments to ensure that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and file GST and TDS returns in compliance with statutory requirements.




Maintain and update financial records using Tally software.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Conduct reconciliations of bank statements and other financial accounts.
Provide support during audits and assist in implementing recommendations.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of GST and TDS regulations.
Proficiency in Tally software.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
