As a Customer Service Executive, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all callers. Your ability to communicate effectively in both Hindi and English will be essential in addressing the diverse needs of our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
Document customer interactions and maintain records in the system.




Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Required Skills:
Robust communication skills in Hindi and English.
Experience in BPO or call center settings is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with telecalling and customer service processes.
