We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team in Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable processes, particularly in the Order to Cash (O2C) cycle. This role is crucial for ensuring timely and accurate cash applications, managing customer accounts, and maintaining financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, cash applications, and collections.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer payments and reconciliations.
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to customer accounts.
Utilize Oracle software to track and manage accounts receivable transactions.
Prepare reports on accounts receivable aging and cash flow forecasts.




Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve the efficiency of the accounts receivable function.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of accounts receivable processes and best practices.
Experience with Order to Cash (O2C) cycle management.
Proficiency in cash applications and reconciliation processes.
Familiarity with Oracle or similar ERP systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
