The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing proposals, including Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP), and Requests for Quotation (RFQ). As a Proposal Manager, you will play a critical role in the bid process, ensuring that all proposals are comprehensive, competitive, and aligned with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the proposal management process from inception to submission, ensuring compliance with client requirements and deadlines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and resources for proposal development.
Develop and maintain proposal templates and standard responses to streamline the proposal process.
Conduct thorough reviews of proposals to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to guidelines.




Monitor and analyze competitor proposals to identify strengths and weaknesses, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Provide training and support to team members on best practices in proposal management and bid strategies.

Required Skills:
Solid understanding of proposal management processes, including RFI, RFP, and RFQ.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
