We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong 'hunter' mentality to join our team in the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and opening new accounts, particularly in the areas of GAIL, GAIL Gas, IGL, and MGL. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business prospects, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth in the Oil & Gas sector.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on lead generation and account opening.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and industry partners.
Conduct market research to identify trends and prospects within the CGD and CNG markets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.




Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing our services and solutions.
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in business development or sales within the Oil & Gas industry.
Strong 'hunter' mentality with a track record of lead generation and account acquisition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Knowledge of the CGD and CNG markets is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
