Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements for various private equity funds, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
Manage the fund accounting process, including capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting.
Collaborate with investment teams to provide insights on fund performance and financial metrics.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders, including investors and regulatory bodies.
