The ideal candidate will have a strong background in order processing and inventory management, with proficiency in SAP and sales order processing. This role is crucial for ensuring that customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end order processing cycle, ensuring timely and accurate order entry, fulfillment, and delivery.
Collaborate with sales, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure that all orders are processed in accordance with company policies and customer requirements.
Utilize SAP for order management and inventory tracking, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory management team to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.




Address and resolve any issues related to order discrepancies, returns, or customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Generate reports on order processing metrics and provide insights for process improvements.
