Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and order management to meet customer demand.
Coordinate with suppliers for purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Supervise store staff, providing training and support to enhance their performance and customer service skills.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and other operational metrics using DMS (Distribution Management System).
Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing to customers.




Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a skilled manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving store performance and achieving sales targets.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of store management and operations.
Experience in inventory management and purchasing processes.
Familiarity with automotive products and commercial vehicles is a plus.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using DMS and other inventory management software.
