Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on direct and indirect tax implications of their business operations.
Assist in the preparation and review of tax returns and other compliance documents.
Represent clients in negotiations and disputes with tax authorities.
Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and regulations, and communicate these changes to clients.




Collaborate with other legal professionals and departments to provide comprehensive legal support.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support tax planning strategies.
