The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of life and health insurance products through bancassurance channels. This role requires a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships with bank partners and clients to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to promote life and health insurance products through bancassurance.
Build and maintain robust relationships with bank partners and clients to drive sales growth.
Conduct training sessions for bank staff to enhance their understanding of insurance products and sales techniques.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management on progress against targets.




Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify current business opportunities.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
Strong knowledge of life and health insurance products.
