Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth through real estate marketing, lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the real estate market.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital platforms, referrals, and field marketing.
Promote real estate projects, properties, and investment opportunities to potential customers.
Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, channel partners, investors, and prospective buyers.




Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties or real estate solutions.
Arrange property site visits, client meetings, and project presentations.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns.
Research market trends, competitor activities, property demand, and customer preferences.
Maintain an updated database of leads, client interactions, sales pipelines, and business development activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue targets.
Support the development of marketing strategies to improve brand visibility and expand the company's market presence.
