Management.

Key
Responsibilities
HR Operations: Manage end‑to‑end employee
lifecycle including onboarding, attendance & payroll, admin-related
activities ensuring adherence to company policies and statutory compliance.
Talent Acquisition:



Manage end‑to‑end
recruitment by coordinating with hiring managers for manpower planning.
Performance Management: Enhance employee
productivity by conducting daily audits and maintaining evaluation and feedback
records.

Requirements
Hands‑on, action‑oriented individual; not limited to communication but capable of driving initiatives to measurable outcome

to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
