2- Experience with galvanizing, color coating line, finishing line & eot crane maintenance.
• Ensuring Availability and Reliability of the equipment.
• Reduction in Equipment Downtime and adhering to the Planned Maintenance Schedule as per Sap.
• Maintaining Actual availability of Spares & Consumables.
• Attending routine Corrective / Preventive / Breakdown / Maintenance Job as per SOP.
• Achieve Budgeted Department Financial Goals.
• Updating of Shift Logbook Periodically.
• Ensuring HSE Compliance & Proper Housekeeping of Workplace.
• Initiating Continuous Improvement programs to enhance Equipment Capability.
• Co-ordinating & monitoring related lines.
• Ensuring Capacity utilization of equipment.
• Ensuring Environmental Compliance during the Shift.
• Ensuring Safety Compliance during the Shift.
• Organizing Toolbox talk & records.
• Recording Repetitive failure analysis reports & appropriate corrective action to enhance reliability of the equipment.
