Maintain and enhance existing customer relationships to increase wallet share.
Achieve monthly sales, acquisition, and revenue targets.
Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory guidelines during customer onboarding.
Coordinate with internal product and service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Cross-sell banking products including loans, credit cards, insurance, mutual funds, and digital banking solutions.
