Job Summary

Career Q is looking for a motivated and student-friendly Academic Counsellor to guide students in choosing the right courses and achieving their academic and career goals. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding available courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
Explain course details, fees, eligibility criteria, and program benefits.
Maintain student enquiry records and update lead follow-up status.
Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for admission-related activities.
Maintain good relationships with students and parents throughout the admission process.

Requirements




Any degree or postgraduate qualification preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome to apply.
Experience in academic counselling, educational sales, or student admissions will be an advantage.
Good Malayalam and English communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office, CRM, or lead management tools.
Strong interpersonal skills, a target-oriented mindset, and a willingness to learn.
