Job Description

MasterKart is a manpower consulting company specializing in providing skilled and reliable hospitality professionals to hotels, restaurants, cafés, resorts, and other hospitality establishments.

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our client base, generate business opportunities, and build long-term relationships with hospitality businesses.

Responsibilities
Identify and acquire recent clients, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, and resorts.
Generate leads through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Promote MasterKart’s manpower consulting and hospitality recruitment services.
Contact prospective clients and explain the company’s services.
Understand client staffing requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team.
Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into confirmed business.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Coordinate service agreements, client confirmations, payments, and candidate deployment.
Maintain client databases, lead records, and follow-up reports.




Achieve monthly business development targets.

Requirements
Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and business development.
Ability to generate leads and acquire recent clients.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email and spreadsheets.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented attitude.
Freshers with robust communication skills and a willingness to learn may apply.
Experience in sales, recruitment, or business development is an advantage.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
