Job Summary

Urban Roof Pvt. Ltd. is urgently hiring a Business Development Executive who is fluent in Telugu and has robust communication and customer-handling skills. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer communication, sales follow-ups, and business development.

Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
Connect with Telugu-speaking customers and prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and communicate product or service offerings.
Conduct follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline.
Convert prospective leads into customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Requirements
Telugu fluency is mandatory.




Valuable verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
Must be comfortable working from the Pune office.

Experience Requirements
Relevant sales or business development experience preferred.
