Handle inbound calls and customer enquiries professionally.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and offers.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Coordinate with the concerned teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Handle customer questions and resolve basic concerns effectively.

Requirements
Fluent in English, Tamil, and Malayalam – Mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive convincing skills.
Customer-focused and positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge.
Previous experience in sales/customer service is an added advantage.
Candidates from Palakkad are preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
