Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily packaging operations and manage the packaging team.
Allocate manpower and ensure smooth workflow on the factory floor.
Achieve daily production and packaging targets.
Monitor packaging quality, weight, labeling, sealing, and product handling.
Minimize wastage, rejection, and product damage.
Maintain basic production and manpower records.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams.
Handle shop-floor issues and report them to the Production Manager.

Candidate Requirements
1–5 years of experience in packaging/production, preferably in FMCG, food, chocolate, or confectionery manufacturing.
Comfortable working in a factory/shop-floor setting.
Willing to work in shifts as required.
Disciplined, responsible, and hands-on approach.
