Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure timely hiring of suitable candidates across different roles.
Key Responsibilities
Understand hiring requirements and prepare/coordinate Job Descriptions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, references, and other channels.
Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups, and candidate communication.
Handle salary discussions and offer negotiations.
Coordinate the complete offer-to-joining process and ensure smooth candidate onboarding.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
Ensure timely closure of open positions as per hiring requirements.
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in recruitment/HR recruitment.
Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Valuable knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
Experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Graduation/MBA in HR or a related field will be preferred.
