Job Summary

Goodwind Technologies Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 1–3 years of experience in accounting operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Zoho Books and good knowledge of day-to-day accounting, invoicing, billing, and financial record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
Handle accounting activities using Zoho Books.
Prepare and issue sales invoices, purchase bills, and credit/debit notes.
Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate bank records.
Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
Follow up on outstanding receivables and payables.
Assist in preparing financial reports and account statements.
Assist with GST-related accounting and compliance activities.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding billing and payment matters.
Support management with accounting-related requirements.

Requirements




Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Hands-on experience in Zoho Books is required.
Good knowledge of accounting principles.
Knowledge of GST, invoicing, purchase/sales accounting, and bank reconciliation.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and organizational skills.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
