We are looking for a Purchase Engineer to manage the complete purchase process for Special Purpose Machine (SPM) parts, mechanical components, electrical items, and engineering materials.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify material requirements and prepare RFQs (Request for Quotation).
Obtain quotations from vendors and prepare comparative statements.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, quality, and delivery schedules.
Procure SPM machine parts, mechanical components, and electrical items.
Select suitable vendors and obtain management approval.
Prepare purchase orders and follow up on material delivery.
Verify received materials against purchase orders and technical specifications.
Verify supplier invoices and coordinate with the Accounts team for payments.
Maintain purchase records, vendor details, and procurement transactions in Zoho Books.
Coordinate with Design, Production, Electrical, Stores, and Accounts teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
