We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive to identify current business prospects, develop client relationships, and support the growth of our architectural and AEC services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential clients, and coordinating with the internal team to convert opportunities into projects.

Business Development Executive – Interior Projects
Generated recent business opportunities for residential and commercial interior projects.
Identified potential clients through referrals, online platforms, networking, and market research.
Met with clients to understand their interior design requirements, budget, and project scope.
Coordinated with design and execution teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.




Followed up with leads and converted enquiries into confirmed interior projects.
Maintained strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors.
Conducted site visits and coordinated with clients and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Negotiated pricing and commercial terms while supporting project closure.
Monitored sales pipelines, client follow-ups, and project status to achieve business targets.
Handled client concerns and ensured a positive customer experience from enquiry to project completion.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
