Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily production of wooden pallets, crates, boxes, and packaging products.
Manage factory workers and allocate daily work.
Ensure production targets and customer delivery schedules are met.
Monitor product quality, dimensions, and finishing.
Control raw material consumption and minimize wood wastage.
Maintain daily production, material consumption, and worker attendance records.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of machines and tools.
Maintain factory discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Coordinate with the Factory Manager regarding production planning and dispatch.

Requirements
Experience in manufacturing, woodworking, carpentry, or a similar industry preferred.
Ability to manage workers and handle day-to-day factory operations.
Basic knowledge of measurements, production planning, and quality control.
Responsible, disciplined, and hands-on approach to work.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Markal, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
