Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to manage HR operations and employee administration at our corrugated box manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment and manpower planning for factory operations.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and payroll data.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Manage contract labour and coordinate with manpower agencies.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
Coordinate with production and management for manpower requirements.
Monitor absenteeism, employee performance,



and workforce discipline.
Support factory administration and employee welfare activities.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; HR qualification preferred.
Experience in HR management, preferably in manufacturing or factory operations.
Knowledge of labour laws, payroll, attendance, and contract labour management.
Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage factory workers and handle day-to-day HR operations.
